You've been entertaining the idea of opening a restaurant for some time, and you've seen my book advertised, but for whatever reason haven't made the purchase. If you have a look at the book, How to Open a Restaurant, Due Diligence, even though it's been around for a while and the dollar estimates are a bit antiquated, you can gain a lot simply by following the process presented, gathering the information recommended in the workbook, and preparing yourself for real facts. It doesn't have to be a pipe-dream, you just need to gather the facts.

I plan to update the book with new and better information, but while busy designing restaurants it might take a while before I get it published. This workbook nevertheless will be of great help to you right now.
