Testimonial: I have to say How to Open a Restaurant: Due Diligence is very well done and extremely actionable. COVID-19 Is A Good Time to Get Your Restaurant Ready to Open

We at National Restaurant Design, Inc. are still working hard on foodservice designs and layouts. To be successful when you can open your restaurant, you need to have done your homework or Due Diligence. This is the time. Designer Frank Stocco's book gives you advice on what you need to be prepared for and what knowledge you need to open successfully. See the sidebar for book ordering info.
In the meantime, Frank is available for questions, consulting, equipment choices, concept development and foodservice designs for the health department. He helps you work within your budget and will tell you if you need more capital to have a successful start up.
Now is the time to put your plans together. There are spaces available, but don't sign a lease until you do your homework, and know what it takes to succeed.
Best to you, and stay well.
